Our pick: Cal.com Free
Our reason: Cal.com's free plan lists unlimited event types and calendars for one user. Calendly Free allows one event type and one calendar connection. If you offer more than one kind of meeting (say, a free intro call and a paid session) or keep more than one calendar, that limit is the difference.
Caveat
The honest caveat
Cal.com lists 'Remove Cal.com branding' under Teams, not under Free. If you only ever offer one kind of meeting from one calendar, Calendly Free covers that. Calendly's Standard plan is $10 per seat/month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly. Cal.com's pricing page lists Teams at $12 per user/month on yearly billing; we didn't find a monthly-billing price in the page text, so check Cal.com's page if you want to pay monthly.
