Terms
Last updated Sept 25, 2026. These terms cover websites that SoloVetted ("we") builds and hosts. Choosing a plan means you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English.
Previews
Previews are free and come with no obligation. They are unlisted: we ask search engines not to index them, and only people with the link can open them. We build them only from what your business already publishes. We delete a preview if you say no, or 60 days after our last email if we don't hear back.
Plans and payment
- Pay once ($990): the site plus hosting for the first 12 months. From month 13, hosting is $19 a month, billed monthly. You can cancel it anytime and take your files elsewhere.
- Monthly ($99 a month): billed monthly from launch. There is no contract or minimum term. If you cancel, the plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you ask within 30 days of your site going live, we refund your first payment in full ($990, or your first $99 month). We then take the site down, and the refund ends the plan. After those 30 days, payments already made aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime.
Edits
- Both plans include up to 3 small edits a calendar month, sent by email. Small means things like swapping text or a photo, updating your phone number or hours, or changing your list of services. Unused edits don't roll over.
- We usually finish edits within 2 business days.
- Bigger changes, like new pages, a redesign or new features, are quoted by email before we start. We never charge for extra work without your OK.
Who owns what
- Your business name, logo, photos and text stay yours. Your domain name stays registered in your name, paid to your own registrar.
- On the pay-once plan, the site files are yours, and we send them whenever you ask. On the monthly plan, we send you the site files if you cancel.
- Fonts, icons and stock images we use keep their own licenses.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us, like photos and logos. We never add reviews, awards, licenses or claims you haven't made yourself.
Hosting
We work to keep your site online, secure and up to date, but no host can promise it will never go down. If hosting is cancelled or goes unpaid, we take the site offline and send you the files.
No promised results
A better website can help, but we can't promise search rankings, calls, leads or sales. We only claim what we can show you.
Limits
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll email current customers at least 30 days before any change that affects them. For questions, reply to any email from us or write to partnerships@solovetted.com.
