How SoloVetted compares software

Last updated Nov 4, 2026.

What we do

We compare the software small teams buy, using the vendors’ own published pricing, plan limits and feature pages. Each comparison shows:

  • the price for a team of a stated size;
  • the billing term (monthly or annual);
  • the date we last checked it;
  • a link to the vendor page we read.

What we don’t do

We don’t claim hands-on testing. We haven’t bought or used every product we compare. When we couldn’t confirm something on a vendor’s own page, we mark it “unverified” rather than guess.

How a pick is chosen

For each type of team we name the option that fits best on:

  1. total cost for that team size;
  2. the plan limits that team will run into;
  3. the features it needs.

We also say who should not buy it, and we list alternatives. A product’s commission never decides a pick. If the best option pays us nothing, it’s still the pick.

Keeping it current

We read prices from each vendor’s own pricing page and re-check them within 48 hours before a page goes live. Affiliate offer details are re-verified at least every 90 days. Each page shows the date its prices were last checked. Prices change, so confirm on the vendor’s page before you buy.

AI use

We use AI tools to gather vendor pages, organize data and draft text. Before a page goes live, a separate review step checks each price, plan limit and factual claim against its cited source, usually the vendor’s own page. We don’t test products hands-on.

Corrections

If you find an error, email partnerships@solovetted.com. When we correct a factual error, we note the change and its date on the page.

How we make money

Today, no page on SoloVetted contains affiliate links. We may add them later; see our disclosure for how they’ll be labeled.
